Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This is a yummy reciepe and I have a 0 point frosting to go with it!!!

Cooking Time: 50 -60 min

Servings: 24 servings/ 3 pts. Each

Preparation Time: 30 min

2 cup(s) all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 cup(s) zucchini, shredded

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa

3 large egg(s)

1 cup sugar

24 packets Splenda no Calorie sweetener

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp table salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix the sugars and eggs together, add the zucchini, vanilla, and applesauce. Fold in the dry ingredients, just until moistened. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves/ cut into 24 servings. Don’t over cook, check it with a toothpick.

Yummy Frosting Recipe

1/2 cup Splenda
8 oz fat free cream cheese
2 tsp lemon juice (bottled variety)
3 oz fat free whipped topping

Mix cream cheese & Splenda together until creamy. Add the lemon juice & mix well. Fold in the whipped topping
